The team supports documents and records management migrations and updates, information architecture initiatives, web design including intranet/internet/extranet projects, forms/workflows and process modeling. The team prides itself on a unique envisioning and design methodology using standards like card-sorting and tree-testing to ensure that subjective solutions are design with the user in mind and present a low cost of entry for adoption.
Specific technologies and applications supported by the Collaboration and Content team include SharePoint & OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams & Yammer, Power BI, Team Foundation Server, Dynamics, Nintex, AvePoint and Bindtuning. The team supports both cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
